Neurology, Turnhoutse Associatie van Ziekenhuizen, Turnhout, Belgium Background: A 17-year-old boy with known Hunter’s syndrome was admitted to the emergency department after an episode of generalized seizures. The episode of seizures was probably related to medication. He had a characteristic coarse facial appearance and macrocrania. There was no mental retardation, dwarfism nor deafness.
